Daylilies for breakfast

Unsurprisingly, I incorporate flowers everywhere in my life and on my plate!

I love the charm of picking flowers from my garden and the farm to create extraordinary culinary discoveries. My biggest fans… the children, of course, who discover colors, textures, and flavors!

Daylily season has begun, and these flowers are very accessible to everyone, right in your flowerbed! No need to go hiking in the forest with your adventurer kit 😀 Barefoot in the grass in a nightgown, no bra, go pick right from your patio—culinary surprises await you there!

Here's a simple no-bake recipe fit for a princess 👸🏼

Ingredients

-Apricots

-Greek yogurt

-Granola

-Your favorite flower jelly from Pivoinerie Lili (tulips, lilacs, or peonies)

-Freshly picked daylilies and berries from the garden

Method

-Cut the apricots in half.
-Remove the pits.

-Add Greek yogurt (with or without flavor! I'm in love with the coconut 🥥 one)

-Add your favorite granola (with or without gluten)

-Add a spoonful of Pivoinerie Lili flower jelly on top.

-Place daylily petals and berries from the garden on your creations!

-Put on your invisible crown (a soft chef's hat for mom is perfect)

-Enjoy with pleasure ♥️

All daylilies are edible. Use them as a decoration like this in a dish, a salad, for the spectacular look of the flower. But it's also a flower with an interesting taste in terms of texture and with which you can make magnificent dishes!
